Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Skin+CELL.

Should you choose to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days from receiving your order and receive a credit note or a full refund excluding shipping costs and taxes.

Please note that we can only accept returns that are new, unopened, unused and in the same condition in which they were dispatched from our warehouse. Returns that do not meet this condition cannot be accepted and refunded.

Goods that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received and accepted them as goods returned in compliance with our conditions. 

We highly recommend you send your returns using a recorded or signed for acceptance postal service and that you retain a proof of postage.  Returns should be sent to the following address:

We will contact you within 2-3 Business Days from the receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed and refund issued. All credits or refunds will be issued in Swiss Francs to your nominated bank account.

Skin + CELL AG reserves the right to refuse refunds which do not meet our guidelines.  All rights are reserved under applicable Swiss law.
